On the subject of free enterprise...
How helpful do you think a Somali & English language "Craigslist" and private "Better Business Bureau"-type website would be to Somalians?
It is very doable to host a couple websites for those two tasks here in the US, and focus on grassroots marketing of the websites in Somalia.
Of course, computers are few and far between, but the One Laptop per CHild and similar initiatives may be embraced by many in Somalia.
