Interesting. Still, if business is doing well aven under war conditions it ought to do even better in the more peaceful areas.
I have heard that the money from piracy has ignited a boom in some areas and these areas are more peaceful than Mogadishu.
And if the situation is too bad, people can always go to the more peaceful areas.
One should not forget that large areas are peacful and fighting local.
